Menu

Every day we have different menus so that the price can´t be an excuse to eat quality food, the market kitchen. We also have children´s menus and menus adapted for celiacs or any food intolerance.

Our menus are: Lunch Executive Menu , Blanqueries Night Menu and Nigth Tasting Menu. Some examples of the different menus and their prices are shown below.

Next, we expose a sample of our menus. An example of our daily menus since these are subject to modifications. Our gastronomic proposal is the Market Kitchen. Fresh and seasonal ingredients make up our different menus. Technique and tradition come together to get plates full of flavor!

Lunch time from Tuesday to Friday: 20€
Saturday and Sunday : 21€

3 Starters to share:

  • Salted Salad
  • Salmorejo with nice marinated and contrasts.
  • Egg at low temperature with creamy potatoes, crumbs and ham.

3 Second to choose one:

  • Mellow rice with octopus, artichokes and tender garlic.
  • Loin of confit cod with tomato ravioli and aromatic herbs.
  • Mellow terrine of oxtail, millefeuille of potato and roasted cauliflower.

Desert to choose one:

  • English cream strudel and berries.
  • Apple tatin.
  • Chocolate Mousse

From Tuesday to Sunday: 21€
Starters, second to choose, desert and bread.

3 Starters to share:

  • Foie and apple salad with green shoots.
  • Marinated bonito and contrasts
  • Egg cooked at low temperature with creamy potatoes, crumbs and ham.

2 Second to choose: (meat or fish)

  • Loin of grilled hake or
  • Mellow terrine of oxtail, millefeuille of potato and roasted cauliflower.

 

Dessert:

  • Chocolates.

From Tuesday to Friday: 28€
Starters, second and dessert. Bread included

Starters to share:

  • Octopus salad with candied potato and vegetables.
  • “Merendola” of Foîe.
  • Egg cooked at low temperature with creamy potatoes, crumbs and ham.

Second course to choose: 

  • Loin of confit cod with tomato ravioli and aromatic herbs
  • Rib with millefeuille of potato and bacon.

 

Desserts:

  • Two desserts.
